The studio-apartment is located in a separate building next to our gallery-home. It is one room 16 x 16 with a loft and has a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and you can move in with only your clothes. It is a very quiet and private place to live. Rent is low because tenant is occasionally asked to help with gallery or care for animals. Helping will not be often or demanding in any way and we will acomodate your schedule. We have two dogs, a cat, a few chickens and three horses. The horses have a large grazing area and usually require only water in the tank. Other animals are very easy to care for. Picture below is of the buildings as seen from the road. We are 25 miles west of Socorro on Hwy. 60. Rent is $275/mo. with a $150 security deposit. This includes all utilities. You also have internet, using your own router and we have Dish TV. Please be prepared to supply two references. Previous landlords are preferred.
